Circuits International (AICP) is managed by a Committee composed of a maximum of ten and a minimum of six members chosen, for a period of two years, in person from the representatives of internationally active member circuits.
The annual General Meeting approves the report and budget of the previous year and the budget for the coming year, elects Committee Members and AICP representatives on external bodies at the end of their term.

Circuits International office is based at Zandvoort, The Netherlands.

On 16 October 2003 the FIA General Assembly has accepted the affiliation of Circuits International/AICP as an associate member in its capacity as an international association, according to article 3.6 of the FIA statutes.
